Unable to message on Answers HQ

Hello. Sorry to trouble you here, however I do not have the ability to email any Community Managers and did not want to create a new posting on this matter. I tried over seven different managers.

    Hi Ruzgar321yyy​, 

    This thread is about some difficulties another forum member had when trying to send a forum message to staff. We were able to solve this for the user. 🙂

    Are you experiencing a similar issue? If so, could you open a new thread to share a bit more about what's happening for you? We'll then take a look. 

    In the meantime, I'll close this thread, as it's quite old and has been inactive for 11 months.
