Unable to message on Answers HQ

Hey @abbycattx, Thank you for your kind words. I apologize for not being around as much recently. I also want to extend my gratitude to @EA_Lanna for her fantastic work while I was occupied with other games. Other boards required some extra attention after new releases. I will make sure to keep a closer eye on the Pogo section, especially now that there are some errors affecting multiple games. Fortunately, all issues have been reported to the team, but we will have to wait for their response. Let me know if you need anything.

Ah ok, thanks for mentioning the email to @EA_Illium! I've taken a peek at the image you've popped up and understand the context. I'm not 100% on whether there's anything more needed but our peeps in the know should be back in tomorrow to help shed light on it!

In the meantime, if you're ok to wait a wee bit longer, we'll try our best to look into the DM issues and hopefully be in touch with you directly from there. I've taken note of the error and will remove the image from your post to help keep your convo with @EA_Illium private.

We're looking to get to the bottom of the DM error, and it'd help if you could test something for us.

1. Test DM: Could you try to send me a DM, please? If the error pops up, please copy the text into a notepad, remove it from the DM fully, and paste it back in.
2. HTML Code: If that doesn't work out could you click on the HTML tab and take a screenshot of the full code that appears? (See #1 & #2 in the visual guide below) 
3. Selectable Button: Also, could you grab a screenshot of the 'Send Message' Button, please? Is it selectable for you? (See #3 in the visual guide below) 

I've popped an image under the spoiler as a visual guide of where you can find the sections for bullet points #2 & #3 in your DM draft. To check that out, please click on the spoiler tag box and it'll open to you:

I tried twice and both went through without hesitation ~ fantastic! In the event this ever happens again I will remember the information needed to report the issue.

I didnt understand
