Unable to play Scrabble
I have been contacting you for over a week, and am not getting any answers that help. Here is my problem:
1. I go to the Pogo.com website
2. I log into my Pogo account
3. I go to Word Games, and select Scrabble
4. I click "play now"
5. The next screen shows an advertisement
6. After the ad is finished, instead of going to the Scrabble game, all I get is a light blue screen with the large Pogo logo.
WHY CAN I NOT PLAY THE GAME?

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

- What device and browser are you using (Version if possible)
- A Screenshot or video clip (Using Windows Game Bar, Using Screen to Gif)
- A DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we can share this with the team.
