Unable to purchase Gems - Error Message

I have not been able to purchase gems for any game for 4 days. I have tried another card still same error. It says go to homepage

    Thanks for letting us know about what you are experiencing with Pogo. If you are currently running into an issue with purchasing Gems Please let us know the following.

    • Case number (if you have one)

    • Should you have an active club pogo?
    • When was the last time you could successfully purchase Gems?
    • Are you getting an error message? (If so please provide) 
    • Please also list any troubleshooting you have tried, as well as a screenshot of the error:

  • I have been unable to buy gems for months now, too. I tried going through the steps you posted, and I am still unable to purchase. Very, very frustrating.

  • Have tried all suggestions listed. Still nothing works.

    Web browser : safari, chrome, and edge, all updated weekly 

    error message: no error message, just will not let me accept Terms of Sale

    I currently have an active subscription with Pogo.

    Last time I successfully purchased gems was 7/19/22

    I keep getting a "try again later" messages when I try to get any amount of gems.

    This "answer" is no help at all. Actually, why should I, who has paid you boatloads of money over the lifetime of my membership, have to jump through a dozen hoops in pursuit of the ability to SPEND more money on your site?! This is absurd. Even more frustrating, you completely omit information about how to contact a live representative about your problem something I used to be able to do), AND, when I click on the "Contact Options" button, my preferred option is printed in blue and cannot be opened/accessed, and the other two options lead to NOWHERE.I am VERY close to quitting POGO, which is ever more expensive and far less enjoyable than it was in the early years,

    Please also list any troubleshooting you have tried, as well as a screenshot of the error: I've done all the prescribed troubleshooting, it is not my computer, it is your site.
    It won't allow me to post screenshot. The error message is "There seems to be a problem with your account. We're unable to process your payment at this time.

    I keep trying to buy gems but the purchase wont go through but it shows up on my credit card
