Unable to sign in club pogo act.

In the Last month I have been locked out of my pogo account twice. The message “This site can’t be reached” has appeared both times. The first time it seemed like it needed to be reset. I filed a complaint and then I was able to sign on. Then it happened again on 12/10/22. My case was closed without it being fixed.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

    Getting this same problem now. Can't log in to pogo.com. And this forum does not help.

    HI @tc0566 To confirm players are currently able to sign in, would it be possible to get a bit more information on this?

     

    • Screename:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)
    • If possible, share a screenshot of the error...

    Well currently they are able to log in.  The problem was over a week ago and was fixed by EA later that day. Your a little late to be asking about it.

    @tc0566 To confirm based on your prior message it seems you were still running into an issue... Is this not the case?
