unfair table freeze

why are you at EA          ALLOWING players  who rank  1100 plus to >>>>>FREEZE  table when THEY are LOSING????!!!!   I PLAY an honest game....why freeze me out when you are losing  WHY??  makes the game  NOT!!!   AND I   REPEAT     >>>>NOT FUN!!!  I have been with Pogo  for  MANY years   10 +  ....playing my favorite Canasta games...NOW  you guys at EA  have given US    a  MICKEY MOUSE table setup<<< totally yuck!  with players that FREEZE tables when they are losing.   HOW ARE WE TO RANK UP<<<< WHEN THESE PEOPLE ARE ALLOW TO CONTINUE TO DO THIS to us lower ranks players  and even to their OWN RANKED players  >>> ALLL  DAY!!!  I want answers ...i  am  going to post this conversation on my social MEDIAS<<< TO GET FEEDBACK FROM OTHER POGO PLAYERS AND TO WARN OTHERS TO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP..with Pogo  .. SINCE  there is no monitoring of the UNfair game plays .    EA     does not  adhere   to  addressing them...    i will NOT renew my subscription (not that it matters to EA personnel ☹️   anyways....   but after ALL these years   and  LOADS of monies spent on POGO  in many ways<<<<<<      my disappointment is too great     sincerely,  smileuroncancam  Club Member

    @EA_Arrenai Y’all do handle the complaints! It can be kinda frustrating because it happens daily. It’s amazing how much those numbers (rating) mean to some. Thanks for do all that you can to prevent players from freezing the games.

    @justagirl40 freezing is bad they take all your point if you are winning.And they should not able to play. I pay my fee for a year and do not like cheater and being call bad names or refund my money. Thank you. Barb

    mostly players in the  1400 level  will freeze the table  when they are losing,,  totally unfair...  when they freeze table  my only option is to leave  and loose points and they get points.. how are they doing this.....  should be  allowed....  I pay  my subscription like  everyone else and should be a  fair played game.... if a person  leaves table  or cancels  ok   but should be allowed or able to freeze me out..   pogo   ea   fix  this.....

    first of all  freezing table  should not be an option for any player..   i pay my subscription like  everyone else.
     
    take that option out.....

    You will not lose or gain any points if you let the game disconnect by itself, It's not a fair way for the losing player to play but at least you won't lose any points one of the worst offenders is BurrOaksMI who has a rating of over 1400 points ...we all know how  they aquired those now don't we. Again don't leave the game until it disconnects by itself.
