UNUSABLE EMAIL

I am unable to get into POGO due to email account was compromised in February 2024. I have not played there since then. EA is being unfair and stole my money. Since I cannot get into that email, I did not receive pogo email that EA would be charging me. They refuse to refund money. It is very hard to contact anyone, and when you do they give run around wanting practically my whole personal information before they will fix this issue. EA may have plenty of money but I do not. email : dolph1in@hotmail is no longer valid. user name was mhumingbird. PLEASE HELP ME!
