I have the same problem, unable to play the game, stuck in city 5, made all the money I possibly can in this city and the plane will not take off, just says "coming soon" . I've contacted EA support and they are useless. Been unable to play for over 2 months and now they issue a full month to play this game and earn badges and I can't play. So very frustrated with POGO.
Just don't know what my next step is.
I have been stuck in City 5 waiting to move since May and after countless emails to EA support, nothing has been resolved. It's extremely frustrating when you can't get any answer as to when this issue will be fixed and especially now that Monopoly Sudoku is the game of the month.
