4th Day in a row, Bejewled Stars game is black. Cannot see gems

As per usual, I was given the standard comment from EA.  This is a glitch in graphic in the Bejeweled Stars game, not in my computer as suggested.  I have no other problems with any other game on Pogo. Please help by looking at the game on your end. Thank you.
