Can't play any games. Ads freeze and there is no remedy. reloaded ad 27 fing times and still nothing. Worst customer service on the net except for bankrupt companies. It would be nice to actually have a complaint department. Is freezing ads a game you are playing to try and make us pay monthly?

Update Your Graphics Driver: An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.

Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
Close Background Programs: Other programs running in the background can use up resources needed by the game. Not all games on Pogo are created the same or by the same developer, some require more resources than others.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.

If you ever change your mind and decide to become a member, Pogo normally offers a membership sale during the holiday season. While I cannot confirm they will have a sale this year, it is certainly a possibility. Additionally, if you do not possess a credit card, you have the option to use PayPal.
Also, there is the EA Gift Card Pogo players can use if you are in the US.
