any one havig problems opening up their gifts?

is any one else having a problem opening up their gifts.mine will not let me i cleaned cache changed back n forth with different browers still cant open its like its stuck please help im a member and...

@siennanc Did you get a solution to the problem? I have 5 free gifts to open, and I can't.
