Hey there, @bjvs1118.
It still appears that there are many parts missing to your DxDiag. I believe the issue is that you are cutting and pasting details from the DxDiag into your posts, so it may be missing chunks of it. Please instead save it as a text file and we can pass the file directly to the Pogo team for investigation.

You can attach it to a post here (or through a Direct Message to me) by using the Choose File button right above the Preview and Submit buttons on the post.

I don't know how to do that...........................so I was cutting & pasting as much as I could ,
It was the change/upgrades by the EA POGO Team that did this FREEZING to this game
.................Tuesday 7/28 there were UPGRADES to many games yet again , and now SPADES *cards cannot be played/game freezes* - Canasta *cards cannot be melded/game freezes
*Claire Hart Secret in the Shadows * you click on an item PERFECTLY and it does not accept it --------------Among other games that were UPGRADED
The Tech/Team/Programer - that is doing these Game Upgrades is obviously not checking that it would cause an issue with *not All Players* -------Therefore : When there is an issue it *cannot be tracked down & EA/Pogo wants COMPUTER INFO from Individuals to narrow it down **************WHEN* EA/Pogo should be going back to the *UPGRADE-Tech-Team to see what changes were made causing these game issues *NOT, asking for every single person for info......
