Bejeweled Stars Game Not Working.

Hi I play bejeweled stars and for the past month. I haven’t been able to get any of my infinity lives. Whether it was through the bunny rewards or any infinity lives in general. I’ve tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but that hasn’t worked. I have no clue how to fix this problem. I’ve tried everything to resolve the issue. And I’ve tried contacting support through the app. And that didn’t do anything to resolve it either.
