Sorry this has happened to you. This has been happening to a lot of people, and we (players) aren't getting any straight answers from EA. It also seems as though once data has stopped saving there is no way to get it to start saving again. As some have said, once out of sync, always out of sync. There is a Bejeweled Stars Players' Group on FB, where there are numerous discussions regarding this issue, going back over a year, if you'd like to read more.
