black patches on tri peak solitaire

Black letters and board for scrabble also black areas in Tri Peak Solitaire

    Hello @biggaloot_pb 

     

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?

  • I completed. the steps you recommended and still have the same problem.  Everything was working fine until the last few days. 

    My screenname is biggaloot_ I am using a desktop with windows 11. I use edge as web browser, I do not get a error message.

  • Hi Tri Peaks is not working right,all the cards are solid black,has been like this for 3 days now.I'm working on a badge and losing time pleae HELP. Thank you MaryAnn
