BUG: Can Not Subscribe to CLUB POGO
I have been trying to get this issue resolved but no one has been able to fix it for me.
I am unable to subscribe to CLUB POGO. I have been trying for weeks, and there are 6 pages of ATTEMPTS in my order history. None of them have been successful. I have removed and re-added my credit card. I have removed and re-added my paypal. I have turned off my VPN. I have restarted my computer. I have tried various browsers and different devices.
Nothing works. It is a bug on POGO's end, but the representative I spoke with told me they can't do anything to fix it and I have to post here to have the managers fix it.
They said to tell you that when I click pay it just takes me back to the home screen.
I have a video of it, but it exposes my credit card and paypal information, so I am providing screenshots to show I still do not have club pogo no matter how many times I click JOIN
Please fix this because I have had my account for almost 20 years and this is insanity.
