Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45

i tried to open this game and i get a message that says the game won't load and i should refresh the browser- i have done that repeatedly, powered down my computer-detached and re-attached from the internet and nothing will fix it!

I am having the same issue.

I have tried multiple times, have restarted my computer several times and still get the refresh browser every time.

i am also having the same problem , i reset and it pops back up for me to reset it repetedly.

still have the same problem on clair hart secret in the shadows , it tells me to reload no progress on getting it fixed. Is their anyone working at POGO that can fix this?????????

Pogo need to update Clair Hart Secret in the shadows. it wants you to refresh screen.

I double checked these two levels on myside, and I am seeing the same thing, I went through the troubleshooting steps and at this time it did not correct the issue. I haven't been able to play Claire Hart: Secrets in the Shadows in a couple of weeks. It keeps saying Uh Oh We had a problem loading your episode please refresh your browser. I refresh my browser and it does the same thing. 

I'm getting the same message. I can't even get to the main menu to select a different episode. Cannot play the game at all.

for over a month, i keep trying to play claire hart secrets, and even bought a merit badge for it, but every time I try to load the game it says "cannot load episode" or some such thing, and refuses to allow me to play it no matter how many times I refresh it.
