Buying gems.
I just bought a gem, but I didn't receive it. Please advise.

Sorry to hear you had issues receiving your purchased gems.
Just to check in with you have you still not received your gems?
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for them to come through so they should hopefully be in your account by now. If not can you please let us know your Pogo username so we can look into this further for you?
