Buying poppit! Bingo Gems NOT WORKING
I keep attempting to buy gems but it never works! I am getting so frustrated. There is no number to call and they want you to subscribe and pay EA to fix THIER problem! That is ridiculous… It is your site having the issue and I have to pay to get an answer? Come on guys. I certainly hope this isn’t a sneaky attempt for EA to earn more money…. The people are going to get so frustrated and want to play that they will actually pay EA for help. fix your bingo gem buying problem POGO.! Losing customers if you keep this up and don’t keep your site working properly again, I am so frustrated with this
@Chloe030599lx You can contact an EA advisor to have them see what is going on by using this link down below.
Select EA app, select topic, select issue, and finally select contact option.
You should use live chat since it is much faster. If the live chat option is not available you need to change the topic and issue a bit until you get the live chat option.
