canasta HD rating goes down after winning games
Outrageous!! Just left after winning a canasta game and having a 1080 rating in order to do the pogo daily challenge and when I returned my rating had dropped to 1051. Hard to imagine hw some people achieve 1300+ ratings when for most of us it's 1 step forward two steps back. Your "rating system" for complainers and grievers like me is ridiculous-- I'm a Level 2 Apprentice and absolutely ZERO has been done to fix our problem. In 2 months it will be a year. Obviously you could care less.....

There is no Pogo TEAM. This has been going on since May. Don't think you can butter me up with compliments e-mailed. This has become worse. I now lose rating points EVERY time I win a game or some ditches before the end. Every Time.Lost 118 points in 48 hours. Won a game by 1000 points and lost 29 rating points. I give up and will soon give up POGO.It's a racket!

Agreed.
It's ridiculous, it's unnecessary, and it's been going on since May I have come to believe that it's bots, not humans responding to our complaints. They ask for the same info over and over again and do nothing. I also believe that there is no response because canasta is free, no gems to buy, no additional money to spend to fatten the wallet of EA. When the virus is gone, so will I be gone.

I have written about this issue for many months. I have lost 180 rating points in the last 2 days!! It is after I finish a game and leave the site. I have the most recent Windows 10 build. I use Microsoft Edge newest release. My computer passes all of your compatibility marks. I am going to lose it if I read one more newsletter that lists all new games and fixes and CANASTA isn't mentioned!
