Level 220 has been frozen for over a week. Game appears to load but nothing responds. Have lost earning too many Pogis. Will only be able to earn the first two badges of latest event. Very frustrating. Same issue on multiple devices. HELP

Level 309 has been frozen for me for more than a week. The level opens just fine, but the objects will not move and the boosters cannot be used. It can't be a computer or software problem as I have tried it on both a PC and an Apple and nothing changes. Very frustrating!!

Same thing happens to me. I click on get in then claim rewards and then try play it always says loading although their is no movement to indicate that anything is loading. I have played this game since it first came out without any problems. When the challenges ran out and they said more coming I waited When the new levels came they do not load.

Hi -- I have never played the game & saw it was on Day @ the Fair + Weekly Game so I thought I would open/play. WRONG, I got a totally black screen with Error Message -- Cannot load data. I checked with EA Help & they cannot find out why so I guess I it was an omen or gremlins not to play this game.

Matching Moments is messed up for me too. Game will not load. Will have to miss out on this badge.

I am frustrated. You offer challenges by my Solitaire Story goes black and says that there is a problem. This has been happening in Safairi and Chrome. Not fair. Can't participate. I try for hours.

Right now, though, it's not clear what the issue is. It looks like a few different things are getting mixed in this thread, which makes it challenging to share relevant advice that applies to everyone reading it.

- Are you seeing an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot
- Does this happen on a particular level each time?
- What device are you playing on
- What browser are you playing on
- Describe what troubleshooting steps you've already tried
