Ditto for me daily and every time i leave the game. How about just drop thye ratings and post wins and losses like before. This is ridiculous.

why isn't anyone helping us solve this issue IT IS A BUG
Apparently no one. Worse not better. Now, when my opponent leaves a game, I get the robot and if I leave, my score drops.
This is the last straw. I played Canasta for a while this morning after my rating dropped 26 pts overnight. Then closed out pogo, did some other things, signed on again, my rating after 3 hours dropped another 16 points. I played for a few hours, left to have dinner and when I returned to Canasta at 10 p.m. my rating had dropped to 1013. I give up. If this isn't fixed by my renewal date, EA and I will part company. Canasta players have been ignored for 4 months. Do something already. I'm done providing information.
Another scam in my opinion. The newest wrinkle over the weekend and on in today is that when someone quits when you are winning, you automatically get the bot. No points for winning against the bot. Rating stays the same, so you are punished for winning and your opponent's departure. Over 3 days, I have never had more than 2 wilds in my hand, lose points every time I play a different game and return, or leave pogo. Today I lost 16, then 24, then 19 pts each time I opted for some other game or an activity like cooking or showering rather than playing. EA has been advised of this days ago, keep asking for moe data and do nothing. Used to be fun, now just aggravating. Don't know if it happens to all or some players. Some say they don't notice. I do know that it's almost impossible to move into 1100's and still be there the next day. So dishonest.

I played ranked games until I reached a rating of 1000 on Canasta, I log out and log back in and my rating was 826!! How did I lose rating when I was not even playing or even logged into pogo? That is discouraging!

I am a pogo member and over the past week I have experienced some major issues while playing canasta. I have contacted tech support as well as EA sports customer service to no avail. I have been playing quick play matches and I continue to lose rating points regardless if I win. I can play 2 to 3 matches and my points will raise when I win, but if I log off and comeback on a little later I noticed I was losing twice as many points as I gained. Over the last week I have lost over 200 pts . Tech support informs me after being on the phone with them and answered numerous question that there is nothing they can do to fix the issues or replace pts lost. I feel that if someone is paying for a service then some type of help or resolution should be offered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This has been going on for months for some of us and they claim they will fix it. Don't holdyour breath. I lost 112 pts since yesterday under circumstances you describe. Read all the previous posts on this issue
Now it is oct 19th and I am pleading with you tech people to fix the issue of loss of rating points , not related to losing a game but finishing a game, leaving the site then returning and every single time I lose 20-40 points. You must address this , why why why does this keep going on???
