I am a pogo member and over the past week I have experienced some major issues while playing canasta. I have contacted tech support as well as EA sports customer service to no avail. I have been playing quick play matches and I continue to lose rating points regardless if I win. I can play 2 to 3 matches and my points will raise when I win, but if I log off and comeback on a little later I noticed I was losing twice as many points as I gained. Over the last week I have lost over 200 pts . Tech support informs me after being on the phone with them and answered numerous question that there is nothing they can do to fix the issues or replace pts lost. I feel that if someone is paying for a service then some type of help or resolution should be offered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This has been going on for months for some of us and they claim they will fix it. Don't holdyour breath. I lost 112 pts since yesterday under circumstances you describe. Read all the previous posts on this issue
