I had a chat today with EA Help and alerted them to 2 issues with Canasta HD. The fact that points are lost every time you leave the game and come back. Also, if a player has a Canasta played on their board and that card is discarded by their opponent it should not be allowed to be picked up. We'll now wait to see how long it takes for it to be corrected.
I am suppose to get 16 games with a frozen pile. I have done this many times but it never gives me credit. Trying to get some help from Pogo but I can't. I am ready to give Pogo up, the help center should be easy to get help on.
Do you have it set that players can’t pick up frozen piles? Also, you get credit when you win the game not just the hand (winning is getting to 5,000 before your opponent.).

Click on FIND A FRIEND/GET STARTED. Then CREATE A TABLE. Then look for GAME SETTINGS, click on it. There you will check PLAYERS CAN NOT PICK UP CARD PILE. Lastly, click PLAY NOW.
