Cannot launch Jungle Gin or Mahjong Garden.

I have been trying to play Jungle Gin and Mahjong Garden as a Club Member on POGO.com.  When I choose those items, the games won't launch.  Instead I get a black screen.  I have a Mac Air computer and I use and will only use the Safari browser. Can you fix this and if not I want a refund for the membership which I just recently renewed within the last 2-3 days.

  • I use Safari on my iPad and both loaded and played fine. Do you have the most recent version of Safari?

    This should work...

    1. Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of the screen and selecting "System Preferences." 
    2. Select "System Updates" — it's marked with a gear icon. 
    3. Your computer will then check if there are any updates or upgrades available for your Mac
  • I called Apple support and they fixed the issue for me.  I now access POGO.com via Firefox which is a better browser than chrome and not too small like Safari fo EA to spend their money on in making games accessible to all users.  Not happy with EA, but I do like my games on POGO!
