Cannot log in to my Club Pogo page. Was working fine last night, but not this morning. I used to be able to talk to someone at Pogo on the phone. I am not computer savvy enough to understand what's going on. It does tell me I have an active account and I have notice from my bank that I renewed my membership in Janj. 2022. Please, can I please talk to someone who can walk me through this. I'm desperate and unset. Thank you.

I can't play PogoDaily Sudoku (not since mid February). I tried using Firefox. I downloaded IE and now I'm unable to sign into my account with either but DuckDuck Go let's me sign in but still no Sudoku. I'm very frustrated and probably going to quit subscription. Contacting EA is an absolute nightmare 😫

@ChiChic100 completely agree; very frustrating. spent two hours on Chat trying to solve a sign-in issue and got canned responses that were inane and irrelevant. Issue never resolved. Am quitting Pogo ; customer service stinks.

it will not let me do anything like you last night i was playing today it says i need to pay i tried it wont take my visa card This place is not going so good no help nowhere
