Sorry to hear you're having issues playing Cookie Connect.
Pogo Sconnie provided an update that the team is aware that players are having issues with Cookie Connect and they are currently investigating.

Can;t load Cookie Connect. I have tried Edge and Firefox, cleared caches, rebooted, reloaded and filled up t the swear jar but nothing has worked . I have finished all the challenges for the Ball quest except the three for Cookie Connect. HELP!!! The game has been broken for a couple months now
