Can't Open my 2021 book unactiviated games

Question

When I go to my 2021 book it will not let me open my games that I have not activiated - It says that I have personal challenges open - I have checked under challenge status and opened active and there are no active challenges. also when I click on activate challenge I get a message that says "To activiate this challenge you must first deactivate one of these Personal Challenges"&nbsp; then there is a message "Don't de-activate anything. I want to keep my current Personal Challenges" that box is checked and I can not uncheck that box" - I can not open my unactiviated games in my 2021 book. I need help.

I have a few suggestions.&nbsp; First, there are two ways to get into those badges.&nbsp; One is the Classic old way.&nbsp; The other is the new way.&nbsp; Do you have this problem using both ways?And the old stand by, try a different browser.&nbsp; Use Chrome, Firefox or Edge.&nbsp; Will it work for you using a different browser?

Thanks for the suggestions but I have problems opening my 2021 book unactivitated games both in classic and original versions. Currently I am using Chrome. If I delete the game and reinstall it do you think that would work???
