Can't sign into Pogo.
Pogo just took the money for club pogo, however, I can not sign in. IT wants me to create a new account. I have used the same EA sign-in for years. No issues signing in for the Sims 4 and sim city, but can not get into club pogo. I feel like I am being ripped off, and to be honest, a bit pissed, this has been an ongoing problem. They keep saying my issue is resolved, but it hasn't been for at least 6 months. I have tried all the tricks I know....clean the cache, change browsers, clean everything, restart you name it. I need help please!
Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
