I am also a Tournament Director. When Pogo Chat crashes it puts an undue burden on the members and myself. I have run virus scans and have no issues with my computer so I am left to assume this problem is with your game site. I am asking as a paying member of Pogo for you to fix this problem. You can not say it is the players computer when it happens to several other members in the same game at the same time. Last night we had 4 (four) players have this problem and each have different servers and in different parts of the country. It is a problem with Pogo and YOU need to fix this so it does not interfere with our progress in our game. I pay for the privilege to play in Pogo and I would like to get my moneys worth. As Tournament Director I need to be able to communicate with other players and I can not do this with Chat crashing every night.
