It is Thursday and I just finished running a tour in Pogo Bowl. I kept getting double chat posts and sometime only the first letter of my chat would go through. Then my chat quit working and I got the same old message error the "Something has gone wrong". I am using Microsoft 10 and Edge. I have cleaned my browser and emptied my cookies and run my virus scan. I was not the only one this has happened to. When we have to refresh, we lose our scores. You are Quick to take my money every year but slow to fix your technical problems. When are you going to fix this problem?

It has been a few days since I last posted concerning chat in Pogo Bowl. Nothing has changed and we are still having to deal with chat crashing and disappearing, and when chat is there, we keep getting double postings when we do try and use it. I was hoping by now that there had been some kind of steps taken by pogo and it's technical engineers(laughing at the funny joke) to try and correct this. Please let us know what is going on concerning these issues. I guess we are to take silence from you as meaning you are doing nothing.

After our Friday night tournaments, this is what we experienced. We had several people lose chat again. We are starting to think it has something to do with the double posting that is also going on in chat. It seems that when we start seeing double posts of our chat, that's when chat starts disappearing. I am no tech Genius, and too bad we don't have a few on staff here at Pogo.

I am not going away just because you choose to ignore both me and this problem with chat. Pogo has not done 1 thing to correct this problem. Everyone in our league is having the same issues with chat. Tonight, was no different. Out TD lost chat tonight right at the end of our game which really caused problems. She lost our scores, and we were all left not knowing who we were bowling the next game. You have to do something to correct this. Your refusing to acknowledge the issue is not going to make it go away. You have tried to blame the players and their computer, but there are 7 players, and you can't make us believe all 7 of our computers crashed at the same time. I am on pogo for about 4 hours a day, and there is never a problem with the games I play, except for the chat on pogo bowl. Take some responsibility and address this problem.

I really feel like I am talking to myself, since Pogo has refused to acknowledge my presence. For over two weeks you have ignored me and the problems my league is having. The chat situation has gotten completely out of hand. We actually had some members from another league come in to see if we were having issues with our chat. They were experiencing the very same thing our league is experiencing. Something is wrong with the chat Pogo! It seems that the only thing you make sure is working correctly is your link to collecting our money. Surely you have some kind of tech on your payroll. If he can't fix this, then get someone who can. Tonight, we had to deal with the double chat posting all night. That always means one thing, we are going to fight chat all night, and that is what we did. One right after the other, our chat would disappear, forcing us to leave the room and come back in. That doesn't work when you are in a tournament. We had 4 of our 8 members have to leave and come back in tonight's tournament. That is unacceptable for the people paying you money, and it is unacceptable for a business to operate in that manner. I am imploring one more time for you to fix this situation.
