CHEATERS AND OTHER GLITCHES

I feel there is so many glitches in canasta. 

THE 1ST ONE IS THAT THERE ARE CHEATERS AND ALOT OF THEM IF THEY KNOW HOW TO PLAY CANASTA THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO FREEZE EVERY HAND AND THAT IS WHY i AM FEELING LIKE A YOYO BECAUSE i GET TO 800 POINTS AND THEN I GO TO 600 AND BACK AND FORTH IT IS SO FRUSTRATING, NOW GETTING PRETTY MAD CAUSE i KNOW IT IS NOT MY PLAYING IT IS THE DEALER AND IT FEELS LIKE IT'S RIGGED AND THE PERSON WITH THE MOST POINTS WINS 

2ND AT TIMES YOU CAN'T DRAW A CARD BECAUSE IT WON'T GIVE ONE TO YOU.

i HAVE BEEN ON THIS SITE SINCWHE 2005 i CAM WHEN THEY HAD JAVA AND IT WAS SO MUCH FUN BUT NOW i AM REALLY WONDERING

i HAVE BEEN ASKING YOU OVER AND OVER AND YOU DO NOT SPECIFY IN HOW YOU GET YOUR ID OR REPORT PEOPLE

    If you do come across someone else who may be breaking our terms of service be sure to check out our EA Help article on how to report them to the correct team! 

     

    Report players for cheating, abuse, and harassment

     

    From there they will look into the report and take the appropriate action if needed.

    It seems like every week someone is complaining about cheaters in Canasta, something is really going on with this game. Hopefully they will test it soon. 

    In order to block someone on Pogo:

    Find their profile on Pogo, click on the 3 dots next to the send request button - here you will see BLOCK USER or REPORT

    One of my biggest frustrations with the game are the people that stall it out.....purposely don't play when they get behind so you either have to leave and lose points, or wait for them to leave....which they seldom do.  I can't stand these people who are such bad sports.  I'm in a game now with one of them:  Bun1341.  They set a short timer then just reset it at will or stop playing altogether.

    Exactly.  Very frustrating.

    POGO you give an option to set a timer. WHY??? if the timer runs down there are no options but Sit or Leave.    If the timer runs down where is the box that asks "Extend or Not Extend" like there used to be?  PUT THE EXTEND -  NOT EXTEND BOX BACK.   

    Sincerely frustrated canasta player.

    There are too many glitches in this game...A timer that is useless with some cheaters, constantly not able to draw a card when it is my draw, a so called player being immediately replaced with a bot after the game starts, etc.   I have tried for over a year to break one thousand in pts and cannot do it.  and EA will not help, they don't care.
