@angel62331TV, Since others are having a similar problem as you reported, this may have to be fixed by EA rather than something you can do. There is a post #32 above where another player also reported a problem with Episode 76 of the Claire Hart Classic game. In post #33, I replied to her post giving instructions on how to contact and EA adviser through online chat or phone call back any time of day. You might want to try that using the instructions I've provided.
Regarding the problem you are having where you bought the last chapter for Episode 76 and it does not show you as having bought it, I have a suggestion to make about that. There is a place under the Billing and Subscription section of your account where you can see when you purchased gems and all the items (including games) you bought with gems. You can check there to see if your purchase of the last chapter of episode 76 is listed. IF it is not there, something may have gone wrong during the purchase process and your gems may not have been deducted from your account. To check your gem transaction history follow these steps.
1. Click on "My Account" which is located at the top of the Classic Pogo homepage, OR click on your avatar image in the small circle in the upper right corner of the New Pogo home page then click on "My Account" when the drop down menu appears.
2. After you are taken to the My Account page for you, click on "Billing and Subscriptions"
3. After doing that look for the link called "View your gems transaction record", which lists all the purchases of gems and use of gems at the Pogo website. Usually they start from oldest to most recent dates, so scroll down to find more recent transactions. There is a long delay sometimes in opening this page so expect that.
4. If you cannot find your purchase using gems for the last chapter of Episode 76, then you were not billed for it and you should try again to buy it. That might be the problem. IF however, it says you did buy the last chapter but the game says you have not, then EA will have to try to explain how to proceed. I am a volunteer helper here, not an EA employee, so I don't know why you might have been charged gems for the episode chapter and yet the game says you did not pay for it.
I can do that but it never even will allow me to buy it again and obviously many people are having the same issue and have been for months and no one is doing anything. I just got a new computer and still the same issue
