Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

This problem has nothing to do with cache/cookies, browsers or requirements. If you have ever played the game you would know that you get bonus points for finding the gold key, the gold key is never listed as an item to find. However in this episode you can not get the gold key unless it's on the list of items to find but you don't get any bonus points. This is a problem with the design of the episode.
I've told them that, 3 times, I even sent them a screen shot, with the error. They aren't willing to FIX the game.

Unless there is more than 1 Gold Key, you can't complete this game, by getting the "Game's Gold Key"
