having trouble with episode 33 of claire hart secrets in the shadow when i click on the gold key it wont recognize that i found it in the scene so i dont get credit for finding it this happens in the...

This problem has nothing to do with cache/cookies, browsers or requirements. If you have ever played the game you would know that you get bonus points for finding the gold key, the gold key is never listed as an item to find. However in this episode you can not get the gold key unless it's on the list of items to find but you don't get any bonus points. This is a problem with the design of the episode.
I've told them that, 3 times, I even sent them a screen shot, with the error. They aren't willing to FIX the game.

@RHAJR0124 Would be able to share a screenshot if you still have the one you sent in to support and I can share it with the team?Unless there is more than 1 Gold Key, you can't complete this game, by getting the "Game's Gold Key"
