Cookie connect is not working properly

I am playing on a laptop and have played on a desktop and i have the same problem.  I have also used my gems that I bought and have totally wasted them because it freezes up in the middle of a game and I can no longer connect the cookies.  Not happy I am losing money and powerups because I can no long connect the cookies in the middle of a game.  How are you suppose to even do a badge and level up if it does not work.

I'm having the same exact problem.  Game just freezes up.  It's not only Cookie Connect either, Sweet Tooth Town does the same thing.  I've been complaining for MONTHS and have just gotten ignored.

@anon163929 @juniejnx @goldspirit7 @Dfritz385Nm Wanted to confirm if this issue is still happening for everyone? Does the entire screen freeze, or do you just stop being able to interact with the cookies? 

If so can you confirm if you have tried our HTML5 troubleshooting to see if this continues? If so can you share any other details you may have about what happens or what you have done so far?

You can not interact with the cookies and the screen is frozen.

What is wrong with Pogoi   Cookie content  won't let me play it.  it loads but won't let me  move.  This is happening  with alot of  the games  Cleaned cache  nothing helps
