Hello! Sorry to hear about Wheel of Fortune not fully loading for you, there could be a few reasons. Pogo is a browser-based gaming site (no downloading games - click and play) so it is important for us keep our devices clean, updated and memory to move.

The most common fixes are:

Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.

High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources. Having only the Pogo website open while gaming will help with performance.

Additionally ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 4GB of RAM (more is better). Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout, not load at all and exit abruptly.

Additionally check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. Look for the number printed on the cord - Cat 6 is the gold standard for speed and reliability at this time.

Upgrading this cable can eliminate hidden bottlenecks and drops. This small tweak can make a big difference!

Wheel of fortune

I have an issue with this game. When you try to play and miss one letter in a puzzle. The bot takes over and fills in all the remaining letters and solves the puzzle for you. At least let us make one mistake and skip the bot. Even if you skip  the bot takes over and solves the puzzle. Why bought even playing this game. Please don't give me directions for fixing issues when I have a gaming computer and know how to clear all the stuff you give instructions to do .Thank You Fix the issue and forget telling people how to correct the issue themselves.

Hello! What you are describing is the design of the game, we are playing against the bots. Therefore, mistakes will be treated as such, just as in the original design of the Wheel of Fortune game. 

You are correct there is no computer problem associated with this fix. However, you may connect with other Pogo players to exchange hints, tips, and strategies!
