Hello! Currently Pogo Sconnie announced there are some players that are not able to load Cookie Connect in the Forums > Games Forums Home | Service Update - Cookie Connect
The suggestion of clearing your systems cache and other system checks is to ensure our devices have a fresh start and ensure they are up to date in order to help determine the root of some common occurrences. Our computers operate multiple programs simultaneously, with some receiving daily updates. Occasionally, our devices will alert us to these updates, while at other times, they may not depending on the device, make/model and individual setting preferences.

It has nothing to do with cookies or caches or the typical responses. When I am signed in to my account, the game will not load. If I sign out and click on it as a guest, it immediately loads with no problem.
