I have been receiving this message for past 2 days. I have tried to trouble shoot from my side but no resolution. Any suggestions?

This kind of specific connectivity issue can be caused by an anti-virus or a firewall but can also be a related to Java or Flash.
In order to help you further, can you please let us know what troubleshooting steps you have already tried. Also are you playing on a PC or a Mac? This information will help us investigate.

ive tried 2 browsers and rebooted 4 times on each. i click on either calendar or todays puzzle & nothing happens after that........ any suggestions?
