Dice City Roller HD

yes, I am one of the ones that plays dcr with the OP and when I tried I could not find her under auction or find any public rooms either.

UPDATE:  It has now been one full week with NO access to Private Rooms with Auctions in Dice City Roller with NO Help from anyone from EA.  We PAY to play and they refuse to fix this issue.  Count me as one more person who's subscription will not be renewed.

This is getting old and our group is sick of not being able to find our private room (with Auctions) in order to play. The HOST opens the room, but NO members can find the room...and this occurs several times a month. Currently, this is our FIFTH night in a row being forced to play in a public room which we do not enjoy. Our room will work fine for a couple of weeks and then all of sudden, not able to be found. Hitting the refresh button for 20 minutes and trying over and over to get the room to pop up has not worked for five days in a row as stated. I emailed Pogo about this issue and got a message back telling me to post to the Forum! We have posted about this issue many times in the past...to no avail. Pogo will be losing more subscribers due to this issue and Dice City Roller is the ONLY game I play on Pogo, so I will let my subscription run out also. Again, FIX THE ISSUE WITH PRIVATE ROOMS (WITH AUCTIONS) NOT SHOWING UP ON MEMBER LISTS!!!!!

And AGAIN tonight....the 8th nite in a row, we cannot play Dice City Roller with Auctions in our private room....table/room not found - the Host ended up playing by herself since none of her friends could find the room.  And worse, we could not even play in a PUBLIC room with Auctions either....no rooms to be found!  It's quite clear that EA/Pogo has no plans to fix the notorious bugs with this game!

Tonight is the 9th night in a row we have not been able to use a Private Room with Auctions in Dice City Roller.  Other people are having the same issue.  Emails and posts to Forums do no good, EA/Pogo refuses to fix this bug in the game.  Customer service is non-existent...the most you get are bot responses telling you to clear your cache, blah, blah, blah.  Yeah, dozens and dozens of people who cannot find their private rooms need to clear their caches!  When not responding with auto-bots, they tell us to address the issue on the Forums...which we have done going back to last year.  Our Forum posts are ignored and the Private Room bug continues, so I plan to file a complaint with the BBB.  After all, I pay for a service that is not being provided nor is it being addressed.

I am not the OP but I am one of the ones in the group that plays dcr with her the options she uses are Auction and private and when we try to join her table we can't see her even though we are on each others friends list

Like I said, these issues go back to last year and in recent months seemed to have gotten better.  We can play with no problems for 2 weeks or so and then BAM.....no rooms are listed, players cannot find our Private room and then out of the blue, a day or two later, it will suddenly start working again.  We chat in Comfort Foods and there is another group of people there with the SAME problem.  When this bug is going on, we can all set up a room by ourselves, but absolutely NO ONE can join us because the room/table doesn't show up.  This issue is either with Private Games with Auctions or it's a Friends List problem.  We have also tried having other members be Host instead of me...and same thing, no room/table shows up!  This problem usually lasts a night or two and then resumes working as normal, but tonight was the NINTH night in a row we have been unable to play.  I invite you to find our room tomorrow night.  We play at 8 p.m. Central Time, USA.  The chat room is Comfort Foods.  For Options...select YES for Private, YES for Auctions.  The password is:  Bunny.  The room will be under my name:  Sey12.

Many of us have been disrupted by our games because you POGO are doing nothing to solve the problem.  Please fix the problem or give us a refund because we are paying for a service we are not receiving.
