- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Which challenge are you attempting to complete?
- Do you get an error message at all?

Char554 using a pc on google I don't get most of my credit time on Solitaire Home Story I have been playing pogo for over 20 years so 20 years times the game fee really adds up. Instead of the game play getting better it's gotten worse. I'm thinking about stopping my membership. You make it impossible to get help.

I agree, there is no such thing as customer service and if they make an error, you are at their mercy to make it right. Trying to ask a question like how much longer to give me my 150 gems back due to their error in Solitaire Home Story is impossible so basically they get to keep them. Since I like playing POGO games I will let them keep them and NEVER buy gems again. I have spent a lot on gems. A LOT. I hope you get your credits back and POGO or EA makes it right for you. Hang in there!

You have me bear. I can’t get the game to even open. Getting really frustrated and about ready to cancel my membership
