This game is DEAD and has been DEAD for 2 days and EA is not doing a thing about it! NO NOTICE AT ALL, no information, no statement of when it will be fixed, etc
I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as the issues with this game have been going on since day one. NO game rooms are available for players at all! And we PAY for this, we are paying for a service that is NOT being provided!
Dice city rollers auction games not available,I can only play by myself or play no auction games.It's been like this for several days.When will this get fixed
11/26 and Dice City Rollers still not working in Auction setting. How much longer. I am a paying member and should be able to play all games.

It's been days,that I can't get to play auction games on Dice City Rollers unless I played by myself.I still can do that but I do not want to do that.I could and have played games without auction,but I do not like that.Today I could not even play non auction games.Not sure how to complain.I finally through chat got someone to call me about the problem.The agent was very rude,condescending,dismissive ,talked down to me,and did not help at all.
How much longer will Dice City Rollers be down. Has been too long

I am sorry to hear about your experience and my deepest apologies for this experience.
Please be assured the Dice City Roller glitch has 100% been reported. Regrettably, they do not currently provide continuous status updates regarding technical issues, hopefully this will be enhanced in the future.
In the event there is any change, I will be manually checking the game daily and provide updates on this posting if I see a change. I advise any other players to do the same for our Dice City community.
