Did not receive coins in Merge Academy

On March 6, I bought 1,259 coins for 470 Gems in Merge Academy and never received my coins. Where do I go to get help with this issue. It seems EA gets harder with every issue I have.

For sure. It seems like there is no way to get help from them. It really is a pain.
