double deuce poker reset to 500

I had over 600,000 coins in double deuce poker and yesterday, my progress went back to 500.  Is there a way to get my points back?

    HI @chatterly417

Would it be possible to get a bit more information on this?

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    Cheers!

  • Screen name is chatterly417.  I'm using windows 11 and on Google Chrome.

There are no messages or errors.  I've been playing this for a long time and this is the first time I've had any problems like this.  All of my other games are doing great.

Thanks for getting back with me.

  • Community Manager never got back with me.  I never did get my points restored.

I guess I can continue playing, but it will take a long time to get back to where I was.

I found that the further you get, the harder it is to gain points.  Even though my

points reset back to 500, the points don't come easy, as if I'm on a higher level.

I had the same issue, but I've not been playing for long and lost fewer points. So I just decided to start from the beginning and not ask for help. And I stopped playing in some time because now I have other games I prefer. I still like poker but now I play in online casinos because there are also other games I like. If someone is looking for a good site to try, I can recommend this page https://gamblizard.ca/best-canadian-online-casinos/casino-payment-options/paysafecard-casinos/ which helped me a lot when I was looking for new games, and the information there is very accurate and helpful. One of the best sites with such information I've ever seen.
But it's a pity that you weren't able to fix your problem

I just kicked it out of my favorites and don't play it as often now.  It is upsetting but I think I got over it.  Have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

  • Losing progress in a game can be frustrating, especially when you've accumulated a significant number of coins like in Double Deuce Poker. While setbacks like this can happen due to technical glitches or updates, there may be steps you can take to recover your lost points. I recommend reaching out to the support team at Slotamia. They can investigate the issue further and provide assistance in restoring your lost coins. Be sure to provide any relevant details, such as the approximate time of the incident and any actions you took leading up to it. Additionally, it's worth checking if there are any recent updates or announcements regarding the game. Sometimes, developers may address issues like this in updates or provide compensation to affected players. Lastly, while waiting for a resolution, you might explore other games on Slotamia, such as https://slotamia.com/asian-slots, to keep yourself entertained. Remember to keep an eye on your progress and communicate with the support team for updates on your situation. Overall, stay patient and proactive in seeking a resolution, and hopefully, you'll get your points back soon.
