Everytime in the new bowling game the pins disappear before my ball gets to them

Will you please tell me what to do....it doesnt matter what i check in that game the pins disappear before the ball gets to them  and we have that challenge tomorrow   please help!!

I dont know about her, but I can tell you it goes like this. You aim, shoot the ball...it rolls down the alley...its about to strike the pins, a little screen with the pins in appears...and just before the ball hits the pins blink off (disappear)  and it records as a 0.  It happens everytime no matter where you throw the ball, if your playing with yourself, or in a crowded public room.  It does not work ! How can we fix this ?

@mostkYvHPXtV I am not getting a little window with pins, my ball goes fast down the lane only to have the pins disappear and I get no score. Who ever had the bright idea to do away with flash had a screw loose as this version of bowling is not happening for me.
