Matching Moments - How to Unlock Levels?

when does it unlock thing's like in solitaire story - the things we fix and build its there but everything else is locked on it - no chores- no free gifts - or anything - you have the so called tablet like icon at the bottom left - see picture - where tasks are- but all is locked ? does it ever open on chapter 3 and well u can see in picture

    I am having the same issues with Matching Moments.  Unable to play the game, stuck on building page for a month.

    I wish I knew.  Oh well, I guess all my gem $$ down the tubes. Next year or sooner I shall delete my card.  🤔
