Anybody else playing this game? Care to comment on the problems you see?
@urug6969_2 My problem is, it won't let me access any of the boosters I earned with the stars. It wants me to pay gems for the seeds to pay the the earned boosters themselves. I have paid between 300 & 400 gems just to get through 3 extremely hard levels and am stuck on level 200. I'm trying to win a badge and I didn't get anywhere on EA chat last night. They said to download Chrome but that didn't do a thing. They never told me how to access my boosters. Does anyone else know how to? I told them I had bought all the badges for the game, I wish I hadn't bought any at all.
- @Jadzeamay ~ You may have this answer by now: Boosters can only be used--whether awarded or purchased--BEFORE you hit the “Play” button. Good luck.

You may have this knowledge about Garden Blast by now, but just in case: Boosters (rockets, bombs, disco balls) must be chosen before you click on the “Play” button. As you know, every game board is “luck of the draw,” and every level (almost) needs to be replayed at least twice or more. That’s the big drag about choosing to use boosters before you can even see the layout of the gameboard. It’s usually better to create your own boosters in-game, but some of the 200 levels could always use an extra bomb or disco ball to start off with, but not always. You can use power-ups (hammer for one tile/block; glove for vertical row; flower pot for horizontal row; I only used the “dice” once, it scrambles the area immediately around the tile/block you hit it with) while in-game. Good luck.
The Daily challenge for Garden Blast on December 4th shows I have already won the challenge. Therefore, the disco balls I have used are not accruing.

I can't use my boosters at all! Very frustrating!

I have tried that but it still wants me to buy them. I'll try again but I think level 200 is a lost cause for me. I have spent way too many gems on that level already. I'm not the only one having serious problems with Garden Blast and having it as a weekly and now in the Cruise challenge means I can't participate.
It is sad they put 30 games of this as badge #6 in this weeks Celebration Cruise! They clearly are ignoring they user feedback on this game.
I will mention, those of you who are stuck on levels below 100, you can see somebody play through levels 1-100 on Youtube, they have posted videos of those levels. Once you see how somebody else beats the levels it does help.
Level 200 is a real bear. I can beat it, but I usually use lots of powerups. The flower pots and disco balls are needed. It might be possible to beat it without powerups but you will play a very long time trying.
None of the levels except 200 are that nasty. Some are harder, mostly the ones evenly divisible by 10.

I have quit playing this game and the Cruise competition out of utter frustration. After 18 years, I'm seriously considering giving up Pogo altogether!
The boosters you have to select before you start the level you want to play. I also ran into that problem and realized you had to select first. also only lets you select one of each. The power ups can be bought ahead to but can be used during the level. I am stuck on level 160 and won't buy tokens to get through it.

this game has given so many people problems on level 200 the others was hard enough but that one is to hard I have been trying all the hints and used all my coins and gems I am not buying any for this game. I will not be able to get this badge by the end of the month and will not join pogo again you have made this no fun anymore.. I do not have 8-10 hours a day to spend on these. I used to really like pogo games but IT IS NOT FUN ANY MORE!!! PRETTY UPSET
- @chrispypow Just about everyone of us that has posted here, aren't renewing our subscriptions. We have lost so much money on this game and gotten nowhere.
Took me a long time to figure that out. You have to click on the booster before you hit play to begin the game. You don't get to use them when you need them but instead it places the booster on the playing field at the beginning. At least that's the only way I have figured out how to use them.
I have the same question! How do you access the boosters you are awarded?
Also at this time I can't get any games to load past the front page of POGO.- @TMAZGal I was told you have to access the ones we are awarded, before we play a game, the others we have down below, we just click on them. I have used up most of mine down below. The others, you have no control over when they activate for use.
Many have said about the down load issue is to clean your cache and your internet history, they also want us to use Chrome but it didn't help me. However, it did for others. ~ Hi: For website not loading properly (esp in games like GB w lots of bells & whistles in the user interface in combination with heavy sessions of play, give this a try:
Sometimes your browser may end up with a local copy of the website data in your browser cache that doesn’t match the latest version on the server. As a result, a web page may look incorrect or not function properly. To fix this, we need to force the web browser to discard what it already has in the cache and to download the latest version of the site. Many people call this a “hard refresh.”
In most browsers on PC and Mac, you can perform a simple action to force a hard refresh. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the reload icon on your browser’s toolbar. There are also keyboard shortcuts to perform the equivalent hard refresh. As listed below, there are multiple ways to do the same action:
• Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).
• Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.
• Safari for Mac: There is no simple keyboard shortcut to force a hard refresh. Instead, press Command+Option+E to empty the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.
• Safari for iPhone and iPad: There is no shortcut to force a cache refresh. You’ll have to dig into settings to erase your browser’s cache.
After you perform the hard refresh, you should see the web page go blank, and the reloading process will take longer than usual. That’s because the browser is re-downloading all of the data and images on the site.
If forcing a refresh didn’t fix the issue, you can try to do a hard refresh again. If that doesn’t help, the issue may be with the website itself—or your browser may need an update.
