Game instructions

How do I find game instructions for Wheel of Fortune, or more specifically do I have options to change any aspects of the game. I would like the bots to be more competitive, not going bankrupt or losing a turn or guessing wrong letters so frequently. I would also like them to go first when they've won the last round, like in the TV game.
