Garden Blast Not Loading

Garden Blast hasn't been loading beyond 1% since yesterday PM.

  • Hi @pjistaken 

     

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    I tried all the things you said to do and the game still freezes every time. Upsetting!

  • I already did all of the instructions before I received a response.

    Level 477 worked for me after I cleared my cache, did disk cleanup, and updated my drivers.

  • It has been this way for two weeks. I cannot complete any badges or challenges or even just play because it stays at 0 percent. I have cleared cookies and cache, I have rebooted my computer. I have reloaded the screen over and over and  I still cannot get the game to load at all.

    I am having the same problem.  I just reached this level.  I have tried all the suggestions with no solution!!   HELP

    I have completed per your instructions and the game still freezes.  My screen name is a696050, I am on a desktop using  microsoft edge.  I am on level 650.
