Garden Blast Star Chests being deleted!!

i have earned 26 star chests on Garden Blast.  The first time I had 19 chests and I opened one chest and when it came back it said I had six chests. Then I tried to open the next six they disappeared...

How long will it take for POGO to acknowledge this is a problem and fix it? I miss not being able to send them a message directly.

      Hey folks, I'm going to check in with the team and see if we can get this investigated.

        Just a simple question. In many games when you have finished all ranks, you are able to play random games. If unable to do the random game given to you, you can refresh and get a new game. Why isn't this feature available in Garden Blast? With all the issues going on, this could be a simple resolution to SOME of the problems. (I am still not opening my chests that I have re-earned for fear of losing them)
